Main Contractual Highlights

    Rent of drivers, rent of vans, plus domestic and international route servicing for freight carriers (DHL, UPS, etc.).

  • Work Allocation

    One-week notification for new routes, and three working days to confirm acceptance.

  • Performance Standards

    Minimum on-time delivery rate of 95% Payment adjustments may apply if performance falls below this threshold for consecutive months.

  • Liability & Compliance

    CSSA will be liable for penalties or financial losses resulting from missed deliveries or performance issues. Both parties commit to maintaining road safety and complying with EU transport regulations.
